Take for instance, the recent announcement by Honda that it will expand its manufacturing facility in South Carolina. Honda of South Carolina Mfg., Inc. announced that it will invest $45 million in a 115,000 square-foot expansion in its South Carolina plant. This means growth and the creation of approximately 250 new jobs.
